Customer Experience - Enters from Website

Customer enters the video consultation from the main menu of the website.

Customer Experience - Enters Meeting ID

Next, the customer enters the meeting id that was sent to them in an e-mail or test message.

Customer Experience - Give Access & Test

Customer grants access to their camera and microphone on their device.

Customer Experience - Waiting

After clicking on “Join Meeting”, customer waits for the attorney to join. This also sends a text message to the attorney notifying that the customer entered the meeting.

Attorney Experience - Calendar

Attorney can enter the meeting clicking on the camera icon on the appointment.

Attorney Experience - Grant & Test

Attorney will be prompted to give access and test their camera and microphone.

After a successful test! Attorney click on “Join Meeting” to start the video consultation.
